  • 8 oz dry fusilli pasta
  • 1 can tuna, drained (5-ounce)
  • 1/2 carrot (grated)
  • 1/2 jar Alfredo-style pasta sauce (16-ounce)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 3/4 cup corn (optional)
  • parsley (optional)


  1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water before adding in the dry fusilli pasta and cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Then, drain the water and set aside.

  2. Place a large saucepan over medium heat and combine tuna, grated carrot, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, chopped onion, oregano, basil, and optional corn. Then, mix them all together well.

  3. Cook until heated through and then combine with the cooked pasta, mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Finally, garnish the top with optional parsley and serve.
